Just bought honor and glory yesterday because I saw your positive review on it.
I am quite dissappointed with the longevity and projection of the fragrance. It only smells ok. I would compare it to DG The One edt due to the poor longevity and sillage but i'd still rather The One because it smells a heck of alot better than honor and glory!

I got a sample of Black Panther from the Alexandria website; I got a sample of Tygar from my local department store. Spray one on each forearm and I'm stunned at how NOT a clone Black Panther is. It's a nice fragrance on its own, but I'm getting almost nothing that reminds me of Tygar except maybe superficial freshness. There's a touch of citrus on first spray of Black Panther, but it goes quickly into a soapy, cedary character. Tygar has much more of a zesty fruit with some spicy notes and much more of a musky and ambroxan base. Unless Alexandria sent me a mislabeled sample, I'm not seeing much more than a categorial similarity, and definitely not a clone.

It's, as you're aware; as fresh cut rose as it gets. It's a challenging opening with the pink pepper spiciness but settles (after an hour 😅) into a beautiful musky green/ red rose! Perfect for a man comfortable with a bold rose signature!
