The tutor explains that shape data is adjusted, removed or added in Format Shape data. The tutor adds a new field and sets a sort order. Once the change to the Shape data fields is made the shape is save into a new stencil and renamed. This new amended shape is available with its changes to be used anywhere. Great video - can you share how to show all the shape data you configure within the shape? Default is name/title. I need of direct reports within each shape to show. Perplexed and how to get this done. Any help would be appreciated.
