I have the same issue as others. The blue light stays on but cannot find the WiFi networks.

the blue light shines on the protect but it will not find my wifi at all. i changed routers and all 4 of my protects wont connect but the thermostat connected fine. what do i do no?

updating wifi is too hard - i should be able to log on to settings on my computer and update it

Been trying this for days. If you dare change your wifi settings, be prepared for this thing not to work.
