I'll show you the pros and cons of owning an above ground pool AND how we keep it clean with the Aiper Scuba S1 Pro robotic Pool Cleaner in this video. As a first time pool owner, I have a lot to learn, and the Scuba S1 does most of the work for me!

After owning my Intex 20ft above ground pool for the last 3 months I can say that keeping it clean is the hardest part. We have lots of trees around our pool so we get debris falling inside of the pool everyday. And being a busy farmer and business owner I don't have time to spend cleaning my pool. I'd rather use my free time SWIMMING with my family!

So I recommend the Aiper Scuba S1 Pro robotic pool cleaner!!! IT DOES A FANTASTIC JOB!!!

When my son was a toddler I got us a Snapset pool, 8' x 18" hard sides, and a vinyl bottom for him to splash in. The beauty was with a float I could also lay on the float and feel like it was a huge pool. for the $10 end-of-season sale for use the next year it worked. That was 30 years ago and now this old lady would love a pool to soak and float in. This is bigger than I would need but the information is great! Thanks!

Smart move on pump. So many people replace their pumps so often. Enjoy. You have the best toys🤣❤

Our grands were finally coming to Texas; 7.5 & 5. SO, we bought an Intex above ground pool (16x48) bc what better way to entertain 2 kids allll day long. The week they arrived the second monsoon hit ETX with 9” of rain in 2 days and a full week of July rain. We opted to not kill our old selves so we took them to the Waterpark, spent a day at the Tyler Zoo which BTW was awesome!!! 🙃 The pool is still in the workshop bc we really are having a difficult time finding a good spot in our forest yard and we were exhausted! But now we’re ready for some xtra tips thanks to you, maybe for next yr or this fall so Nana can float! Great video!

We had one of their inflatable hot tubs. It was OK, especially considering the drive to a real hot tub (and steam room, and sauna) is 40 miles each way plus admission. But it just didn't handle the winter temps that Saskatchewan can throw at things, so was impossible to run. We just don't have an indoor space that works for one, and that if the thing leaked or collapsed would not cause alot of trouble, so we sold it.

How much do you think you spend on the chemicals to maintain the pool each month?

You get same cheap pump no matter what cost and size. Intel should make it separate purchase such a waste. Ours lasted five years being left up through winter. I paid $800 for a rectangle one salt water ruined with a heat algae but best price cost and we used foam boards 2 inch thick and hand levels wish I had a tractor. Love your breakdowns of items

Above ground pools only make sense in South Central Texas and Central Texas. Digging into the ground in lots of locations are straight limestone rock. An inground pool can cost $20, 000-$50, 000 for starters.
