Dear Doctor,
I am truly delighted to see your video! I have been troubled by Demodex mites for five years. I once used IVERMECTIN and Roaccutane treatment for nearly a year, but shortly after stopping the medication, the condition relapsed. I fell into despair, feeling like I had an incurable disease. However, when I was in despair, I saw your video and started supplementing with vitamin D and probiotics, and start eating healthier. The situation improved significantly! I am really happy that my skin can return to a healthy state without relying on medication. Thank you, doctor!

I would like to ask, I am still using tea tree oil for maintenance every night. Do I need to continue using it daily, or can I stop once the condition improves?

Thank you!

An Ivermectin regime needs to be repeated weekly not just a once and done. This is not mentioned. I really believe these studies are done to fail from the onset.

What would you recommend for eyelashes when it comes to demodex? I follow the paleo diet, and use hypochlorus acid every day for my eyelashes. I still unfortunately rely on ivermectin for my eyelashes to prevent my eyes from being completely infested, causing the worst dry eye and blepharitis.
