Stealth Camping at an Apartment Complex

This is the last in our series of winter stealth camping, and we spend the night behind some apartments for a change. It was dark and quiet which meant we needed to be a bit more careful than usual to remain unnoticed.

We have a couple guys who stealth in their white cargo vans in our complex occasionally. 99.9% of people don’t know what they’re doing, but I do, and I let them quietly mind their business. I stealth camped for about 3 months in a strip mall. My saving grace was a combination of limo tinted windows in the back (5% was legal where I was at), a good, dark cover for the windshield and front windows, and having both a 24-hour Mexican restaurant AND a 24-hour sandwich shop in my usual lot. Never, ever a problem! The $10/month gym (also 24 hours) was my solution for showers and an occasional stealth spot...nobody ever knew the difference lol.

I noticed how you keep your face clean. Maybe you could try Clinique Clarifying lotion. All you'd need is a small bottle and cotton balls. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't sting or make me feel slimy when I wake up the next morning. I just wipe down my face and around the neck areas and behind the ears.

I reported a car for illegally parking for multiple nights at my apartment block. The private property sign is there because the parking is for people paying to live in the apartments not random strangers.
