I did the same possible way… However, despite this I get this message saying that was blocked my my system administrator. Is there a way to bypass this?

i got told 'the file does not exist', what do i do(i am certain it is correct name, i just copy-pasted it from the original name)

it worked slightly but it showed an error in the instalation is there another way to get obs and bypass the pin like through microsoft store or something

You simply open the installer in your user context, which is what "RunAsInvoker" stands for.
I don't see an installation here, that wouldn't work either.
It is therefore not possible to bypass the UAC or install without admin rights.
The question you should have asked yourself is whether Microsoft really includes a command that allows installation without admin rights.
