You only open the installer, which does not require administrator rights.
I don't see that you are installing a program. At the latest when you click on install, you will quickly realize that this does not work. The runasinvoker command has a completely different function that you have not understood.

Does not work for all apps sadly, you can't run applications such as "Bluestacks" since you need to have administration privileges, if you can figure out a way to download it without any UAC prompts, please let me know by commenting my comment.
