The word for God in Aramaic is Allah, same as Arabic. This "Alaha" business is based on a misconception. The additional vowel at the end there is a separate word. It's the definite article: "the", attached to the written noun out of reverence and piety. So "Alaha" literally means The Allah. In Aramaic, they didn't write two l's, like in Arabic, but pronunciation is known through small diacritical markings. A-L-H in Aramaic is the same as A-L-L-H in Arabic. Jesus would've said Allah, just like us.
