I'm about to be an ex loyal customer if they don't stop trying to scam me. My Internet recently keeps going in and out and they're telling me yet AGAIN that I need a new modem update. I just got one 2 years ago! I think they're controlling my Internet from the hub making it go in and out. The customer service rep gave it away with terribly poor acting.

To bad they only care about New York! I live in VA and AT&T said they will start to move their service in our area.

It’s a “Gimmick”. I have 1gig fios internet, but I never get close to the 1gig speed and most of time is about 300gb of speed. It’s shameful.
