What made the 2nd Gen F bodies so heavy? My first car was a red 1976 Camaro with its original 305. There was no 350 ci option that year. That car was amazing. It FELT much lighter than said by some. That same 1976 Camaro is STILL up and running today with a broken bolt bouncing around inside the engine. It starts and goes fine every time.

Yes it was! 1969 was literally the year the Trans Am was introduced, look for a 69 Firebird painted white, with blue racing stripes & also blue painted wheels. It was the 1st Trans Am, do your research better.

Early 70s trans ams are best looking ones ever like 74 to 76. Love to get one and put modern high hp motor in it and upgrade suspension so it handles. If i had 40 grand to blow lol
