I had the S5IIX for awhile, but the rolling shutter is pretty bad. And in not taking about when doing silly YouTube whip pan test. I’m talking about for hand held moving shots. It subtly makes the video nauseating. I do wish Panasonic would use sensors with a fast readout speed.

people love to complain but s5ii\x are one of the best video camera's on the prosumer market if not the best.
you want pro cinematic or broadcast features you have to pay for them ..
and on the cinematic front the S5iix really shines with many cinematic features .
but its definitely not a sports broadcast camera with high frame rates and internal ND and low rolling shutter .. SDI and so on ..
IMO the fx3 is kind of stupid investment, for a bit more you can get the fx6 which really have all the pro features

Can't believe there's no 50MM lens on this video... Absolute favorite lens on the S5ii.. The zoom I rock with is the 24-105mm F4. Super versatile, and has I.S. !!! Video and photo w/ the S5ii on my page ! Playlist: Camera Based
