Putin warns West of harsh response if it crosses Russia's 'red lines'

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned the West not to cross Russia's "red lines", adding that Moscow will respond harshly to any foreign provocation. Mr Putin has delivered his annual state of the nation address as tensions soar with the West.

As a Russian I have to say. Putin meant by the "red lines" the territories near the borders of Russia. And as a President, he speaks correctly. I would look at the American authorities if Mexico intended to cross the border in tanks or planes
