Brad explains that if you lived and worked in the U.S. illegally, you can leave the country without being stopped at the airport. However, returning is a different story. You will face a 10-year bar from reentry, and the U.S. government will not grant you a new visa as it does not reward violations of immigration laws. Understand the consequences before making any decisions. #ImmigrationLaw #VisaBar #KnowTheRules #BradBernstein #SparBernstein #ImmigrationLaw #GreenCard #FamilyPetition #SparBernstein #ImmigrationTips #fyp

No problem for those who illegally cross the border, mostly the southern border. Some even get arrested then deported after committing crimes in this country and yet are able to evade that pesky border and come back multiple times. What 10 year bar? That border needs a wall and needs to be closed tight and shut.
