Higher Self: 1-hour Breathwork Music (Holotropic / Connective / Rebirthing)

This playlist aims to help you connect to your 'Higher Self' - the part of you that experiences life as an interconnected whole, and clearly sees your part in that dance. Remember that this doesn't mean rejecting your more 'human' selves - the parts that care about your safety, your acceptance by others etc. Rather, it can help you to let your every-day selves be embedded within your Higher Self.

As always, please note: Breathwork is generally safe to practice on your own, but I personally would only recommend doing so after a few sessions with a good guide. First to make sure that you are secure in your breathing technique, and second to check that you are comfortable integrating the emotions and insights that may come up. If you don't feel ready to do breathwork on your own, make sure you have a trusted person with you (in person, or if necessary over digital communication) who can guide/hold space for you!
