I was careful what I ate before and after people try to tell me I need sugar in my diet (which is not true)and that I deprive myself of too many foods .I try to eat the most healthy way for myself and also for the planet and true I don’t want to harm animals either.I try to have respect for my body first and like to meet others who do the same !! ❤❤❤ I enjoy watching what you like to eat to stay in the best shape .Thank you for sharing !!!❤❤❤
