How to: 2008 Infiniti G37 Sunroof Water leak (Not clogged sunroof drain)

How to: Sunroof Water leak on a 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe.
It is a common issue with Nissan and Infiniti to have a clogged drain hose on their sunroof.
Fortunately, or unfortunately for us, it was just the drain hose disconnected.

We did clean the hose off camera for preventive measure. We just focused more on to share that there is another possibility why there is a water leak coming from the sunroof area.
We hope that this information helps others out there.

This might be the only video that shows an alternative to the drain plug issue. In my case I’m hoping it is this. My sunroof leaks but not from the firewall. The water is coming down the a pillar for me. Gonna pull the headliner tomorrow and pray this is what I see.

I have a 4door that started leaking at the roof (passenger side), just below the front corner of the sunroof. It's been raining for days and now the drivers side floor is a puddle as well. So, I have water in two different places on each side. Any suggestions?>
