Exagerate first, then tone it down. We reapeat this to ourselves time and time again as it gives good results but we failed at exagerate hitstop enough. Now it is not only more exagerated, but also uses new code that lets customize the speed of time over the course of the hitstop (which results in a smoother hitstop than if it just stopped abruptly).

And now, after all of that, it feels better :D

I'm still mesmerized by how smooth the character switching is.
Is there a cooldown to it?
If players rotate the camera fast enough, can they see the characters going away?
