I have been loading up more MPW. There could be a mini AI crash, but long term IA will transform the economy. A voice interface (SOUN) will be the norm, Robots will deliver food and will eventually do all the repetitive tasks such as pick fruit. All of this will manifest within 5 years.

Tough decision. With the market quite high right now it might be a good idea to pick the stock you think has the least amount of downside potential in a correction. I'll vote for Pepsi.

Tobacco has been rocking lately, those wicked-good dividends are finally being recognized.

PEP for safety, NVDA for growth. BTI is still selling tobacco so it profiting off health destruction, and MPW is too risky currently and a small interest rate cut won't make a different in their revenue. Sbux not a pick because it's lost the cultural favoritism and is slowly dying.
