If you bench correctly you will not hurt your joints.

Also, depends what your goal is!

The obliques are an area we get asked about a lot - thanks for sharing this exercise that targets the side abdominals specifically.

Yes! Finally exercise demos without all of the talking before the demo! People need to show demos more often and stop all the small talk before the video nonsense lol we just fast forward anyway. Great posts!!

great vid to do at home. The gym strech areas are always busy between 5 & 8 pm and it is hard to do this. BTW are you in the Undergear Virtual Calendar?

So Scott, which side is more primarily worked...the side closest to the floor, or the upper side, or both? I know you switch to the other side, but felt you need to put more emphasis on one side as opposed to the other during the exercise.
