What a great comparison! And nice to know the info on them not laying where there's human scent. The yolk is so much more orange! I bet the taste was a lot richer and heavier. What an asset to have! God bless y'all!💖🌻🌷

Thanks so much for this little class on guinea eggs. We have 9 right now and love them so much. I used this as a lesson with my kids as we home school. When do guineas start laying eggs? Ours are 6 months old and we do have a few males as well thanks so much! ❤😊

Don't tell the vegans! Apparently certain foods aren't vegan because we don't have the animal's *consent* to eat them.. imagine them finding out we literally have to steal guinea eggs from the nest without leaving a scent trail 🤣

Really though, this was a very informative video! I had no idea you could even eat their eggs, let alone how similar they are to chicken's. Thank you for sharing!

Our neighbor had a guinea who adopted her & her flock of chickens. It comes over into our property from time to time but always goes back later. We enjoy watching her chase the grasshoppers & hearing her. We get guinea eggs from time to time from them. They are smaller than our chickens' eggs (yolks are same sz but less whites), but we don't mind. The shell is harder & yolks are always a rich color. My littles adore the small eggs & enjoy the flavor.
