Why are you dimensioning from the corners of the house rather than OC (on center). Construction drawings really need to be OC and it isn't obvious how to do OC dimensions in Layout. I read some instructions that you should leave a little leader line at the OC points on your sketchup drawing and that seems absurd at best. Any suggestions?

3'-0" <---- HOW DO YOU MAKE DINS LOOK LIKE THIS?? Neither Dim Style or Shape Style shows how to revise this. ALL my dims have NO DASH and I can't find where to add the dash. I'm in latest version 2020.

Just wondered if you want to show a dimension on a drawing of 2.1m how you set this in Layout? (rather than snapping to 2 points on your object?) wanting to show a line for head height clearance on a drawing thanks

When I draw a dimension that's positioned "inside" my floor plan in the viewport the dimension doesn't show. It is drawed "below" the viewport. Is there a way to change the drawing order of objects in Layout such as we have in AutoCAD, or another way to correct this?
