I bought about 10 of the tray style crates small size ones. and had my nieces do a fun "recycling" project with them. we took tootsie roll wrappers and glued them all over them and made desk trays out of them. although mine is on my coffee table for little odds and ends. But its fun and colorful ( we used regular tootsie rolls and fruity tootsie rolls) and its recycling the wrappers.

I too used the snowmen for legs on a riser.Great minds think a like! Love the pumpkin. I ordered a case of these crates to make a farm house 12 crate and paint stick shelf unit. Will have enough left for the pumpkin too, thanks for the great idea
