I just tried today on 2 new heroes and it seems like it will not go to 4 stars anymore. Tried the first one with 3 basic stars one by one and then the last step like you did.
Then I tried four stars and the last step with 4 large and two medium but only 3 star upgrade again. They might have patched it

Fen, I'm hoping you can help me with a problem I'm having.

I have a very odd situation going on with Memory Trip

I have upgraded all of my squad to T4.

However, when I go to do Memory Trip and assign squads to heroes, it is showing that I have about 40, 000 various T3 squads (mostly riders), about 22, 000 T2 squads (riders, ranged and infantry) and 20 T1 squads (5 of each type).

But when I exit Memory Trip and go to Commander Info and click on Squads, they are gone.

Any thoughts on what could be going on here?
