Introduction to IBM i

If you a new to Power Systems in general and IBM i in particular, this video introduced you to them both, explaining the various components and characteristics that make them unique. We also explain the tooling you would use to manage it.

This video is not designed to teach you how to administer the server, just to explain the tooling you would use and when you would use it.

If I get positive feedback, I will create more videos that build on this one, getting into the details of how we do some specific Sysadmin tasks.

Hi Steve, thank you very much for your super helpful and exciting videos. Just a note. If it's possible try to record in a better room. The audio for a nonnative speaker is a little difficult to understand because of the echo. Best regards from Italy. Paul.

I so wanted to hear this but the audio was muffled and suffered from echo. Just because a presenter can hear and understand themselves doesn't mean squat! come on people!
