How to Sync Two Google Calendars

How to sync two Google Calendars. Just enter the email address linked to the calendar you want to see. Request access. You can do this for your friends, or for yourself if you have 2 separate calendars.

Switch to your other calendar and gmail account, and click the link in the email to grant that access. Now you can toggle on and off two different Google or Gmail calendars.

The title is misleading! Sharing and syncing are two vastly different things, and you should redo or rename your video.

Thanks for the video. I still have a question and hopefully you can help. I have my business cal and my work cal. I have shared them with each other. Every thing looks good. They are overlaying each other. I have both calendars set up for clients to make their own bookings. My problem is that I’m getting double booked! If I merged the 2 together, how can I allow both accounts to share the same availability and recognize a booking from one another?

at approximately 1:03 you start talking about setting level of access but you never showed or explained how that screen magically appeared. I replayed it multiple time and could not determine how to set access level. Frustrating.

This video was helpful, clear and concise. Thanks! One follow-up question with which I hope you can help. I did as instructed with both calendars via my PC and all works perfectly. However, when I transition to my Android based Galaxy S7 (2017), the Gmail Calendar is duplicating the synced events. For the record, the Calendar is not duplicating synced events on my Android based Galaxy Tablet (2019). Any thoughts, fixes or hacks?

This isn't syncing. Google permits sharing calendars in a single view, which is what the video shows. Unfortunately there is no option if you need to copy an event from one calendar to another.

Like others before me mentioned: This NOT syncing calendars. This is simply displaying both calendars at the same time in one Google account.

This is not "synced" know the difference. A synced calendar would have both calendars together and if you make an appointment on one it blocks off that time on the other. This is simply merging or layering the calendars. :(
