Sir in the last problem ye to samajh gya ki carry flag kyu affect nhi hua. But why is the sign flag not affected whereas we know that last me carry 1 aya to hai

Why INR and DCR do not effect the status of carry flag??In the example problem aftr ICR oprtn the end carry is one??

In the last question when carry is coming 1 then also carry is not affected.. any particular reason for that? And also what about the subtraction part, how will they affect the flags?
