I choose Nissan aria e 4force, supercharger charger not needed, because only charge at home, cabin interior and noice its way better on Nissan .

I just hate going into a dealership and being subjected to the buying process. At least with Tesla you know what you'll pay ahead of time. Haggling over the purchase price, avoiding dealer add-ons, and enduring the financing nightmare are all deal breakers for me. It's Tesla just by elimination, before actually comparing the cars.

The AWD Ariya has 389 HP so it you want to pay for it, it's there. Leases in the US qualify for the $7500 rebate. I own this and got a great lease deal (they aren't selling, too expensive so dealers have to deal). Very happy. 0-60 in 4.8 is plenty fast for me. Best riding car I've ever owned.

Got the BZ4X yesterday. It's perfect for our needs and compliments our RAV4 Hybrid perfectly. Plus it's a Toyota! I'd rather have a few compromises but have the workmanship and great dealership experience from my Toyota dealer. Plus fit and finish are flawless and it feels "at home" if you own and drive other Toyota products. And the lease incentives here in the US are great. So it won.

I trust Japanese technology and will only buy Toyota for quality. I have driven two Toyota hybrids for the past 13 years. Tesla isn’t even in my radar. I just placed a deposit on my 2024 BZ4X as Toyota has an amazing leasing deal now for about $200 for 36 months, and $16k plus rebate from Toyota brings the car at about $32k for me if I choose to buy for $20k after the 3 year lease end. Free charging for 1 year too. If anyone is interested, make sure you research

Among the electric SUVs on the market, the bZ4X offers the perfect combination of eco-friendliness, cutting-edge tech, and the reliability Toyota is known for.

Love my Ariya Evolve+. Agree, I would have gone AWD if the range would have been longer, but range is the first priority when looking at an EV. I feel Nissan makes decisions carefully ànd conservatively, for logical reasons instead of being the first to jump on certain features.

Wondering...is the charge adapter from ccs to tesla a good option? When I charge my Evolve overnight, I find 330 miles. I dont have a charger that allows me to adjust and stop th charge at 80%. I used this same charger for 10 years and my leaf still holds the full range as when I first purchased the car. I had the leaf for 10 years and just plugged in every night when I got home. The Ariya only needs a weekly charge, or more, and sometimes I wind up with more charge at my destination than from my starting point. Its so efficient. I have had several cars, including Toyota and had such an excellent experience with Nissan, was automatic decision to return to Nissan.

I love Toyota but I think a used tesla x is the best way to go

Maybe in 3-4 years I will buy a 2023 EV. I would expect these cars to have steep deprecation as the EV technology keeps improving.

At 11:42 - good summary. None are really great choices. Although esthetics are subjective, it's hard to believe anyone would find the Toyota BZ4X attractive. The Ariya and Model Y are definitely ahead in that regard and have better performance and range. But the Ariya doesn't win any points on the pricing, and the Tesla has some quality issues. There are many hybrids that are so much more appealing and don't leave a driver nervous about the range on cross-country trips.

In UK, not much difference in price between Ariya and model y AND Nissan financing is much better - PCP on my 87 Ariya is nearly 1/2 or what Tesla offered on long range model y…plus Ariya can charge on some Tesla supercharging points, including in my home city. I liked the model y but Ariya much more comfortable and intuitive.

I can't wait to see internal combustion engines out of the streets, but I'm just not ready yet for a fully electric car. When the prices come down a little more, the charging network is more available and reliable and I have solar panel on my house I'll buy one. Until then it is either a hybrid or dual engine for me. Also I don't understand why they make these eletric cars with glass roof, as a skin cancer survivor that alone eliminates these vehicles. I didn't know the Ariya and BZ4 also had glass roofs and even with the sun shade I don't trust it.

I personally will chose the Tesla siply because of its range. Thanks again!

I hope people understand that you only get the 7500.00 in the US if you owe 7500.00

So, the servicing of Tesla is subpar? Kind of like the new X where there is no quality control, and now you will have to pay to sign up! I'll still avoid anything that has to do with Elon Musk! Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to a review of the 2024 Hyundai Kona EV, as if I go EV, that's the EV I'd get after leasing 2 gas engine Kona SUV's.
