‘Anger growing’ over women’s boxing controversy at Paris Olympics

Sky News host Peta Credlin says there is “anger growing” over Algerian boxer Imane Khelif being allowed to continue fighting women at the Paris Olympics.

“Who remember, the IOC claimed was not that dominant or successful so why should anyone be worried,” Ms Credlin said.

“Well, the athlete has now made it all the way through to the gold medal bout at the Olympics.”

I watched the fights yesterday and was even more shocked about french audience cheering for him.

This is not a female(XX) with just elevated levels of testosterone—which can naturally happen. However, this athlete with XY chromosome is fundamentally a male with underdeveloped male external organs. This is nothing new. Other international organisations have disqualified athletes on the basis of chromosomal testing for decades. Why would the Olympic committee, supposedly the Oscars of athletic event miss this or not have strict rules about this?? If they let this go, the lines will forever be completely blurred.

Women in sport should unite and stand with their team mates who are being abused by these men! They should have some self respect and stop trying to be nice.
If the whole boxing team boycotted they would have to be listened to.
Will a woman have to die because of this idiocy? Will children no longer be protected from abuse either? Does respect for a man over-ride the rights of women and children to be safe now! I, for one, intend on speaking the truth no matter who it offends.
