Well, she wasn’t lying, she broke the wheel and the cart and the horse and the driver and the driver’s family and anyone else in the immediate vicinity

You know it's really a shame that they never did any more seasons after 5, I would've liked to know how the story ended

The sadness in Tyrions tone and eyes when he here's she won't kill him is the reason I love the Dinklages performance, a complex role done brillantly. Tyrion has nothing left to live for and I think if she had decided to kill him he would've welcomed it to some degree.

When dany said "I'm going to break the wheel." I was expecting to see Tyrion's reaction to it, whether he believes she is capable of doing it or not. That might have added more to the scene. But for now she is just words, I guess. :D

I really loved the back and forth of this conversation, it was great to see the two minds at work together. I don't know where they're going to go with it though because obviously this doesn't happen in the books.

Tyrion gave her the best piece of advice - do not seek the Iron throne, in Essos she had an entire empire and had the respect of others and could have been the greatest ruler but the pull was too strong.

Best episode of this season, and possibly the best finale of the series

Tyrion wasn't wrong. Dany could have stayed and basically built Valyria 2.0

“I am going to break the wheel”
*ends up being another spoke, just like every other Targaryen given power*

Still, one of my favorites scenes. In fact, most of Daenerys & Tyrion's scenes are very memorable for me! I loved every one of them!

Back when characters had dialogue and logical discussions .

One of the best scenes in one of the best episode. Tyrion is testing Dany as much as she is testing him. I hated how the books dragged out their possible meeting too far

The Night's King has already started "breaking the wheel"...

its interesting that D&D practically hinted that Tyrion was actually testing Dany's resolve about going to Westeros in the last part of this conversation. according to them, Tyrion has his own plans and goals that he wants to accomplish in Westeros and this was a chance for him to see that he and Dany agree on views of Westeros..i feel like this whole conversation was both Dany and Tyrion testing each other out

The game of thrones crew surely likes this "im going to break the wheel" line..

After the fact, it's not clear to me how her vision of breaking the wheel differed significantly from stopping the wheel with her on top.

God, I loved this scene. It was everything I wanted it to be. Dany and Tyrion are going to be really fun to watch.

What an unbelievable episode.. IMO this is the best thing TV has ever and will ever produce for the following reasons:
1) The great script writing for this episode .. the atmosphere they created by this outrageously brilliant script.
2) The unreachable class of directing and the cinematography is absolutely outstanding and probably one of the best things I have ever witnessed in the whole Cinema/TV thing.
3) The stunningly immense acting from Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Kit Harington and of course Iain Glen who is the most underrated actor of the lot and IMO at least deserves an Emmy or a Golden Globe so does the other Actors I had mentioned.

Dany: "You're going to advise me...while you can still talk in complete sentences."
Tyrion: "Advise you on what?"
Not a complete sentence, well played Tyrion
