The romanticism movement, the period in which Edgar Allan Poe wrote in, was mainly characterized by finding truth in individual imagination and intuition. Most romantic writers, including Poe, believed that every truth the universe has to offer is held within the human mind, and just needs to be tapped into. So, this is super cool 😮
