Fair play. No one needs "customers" like that. Time thief who has no respect for others.

Sold high ticket stuff for 40+/yrs...learned early to blacklist the bad until I was surrounded only by good customers. They took care of me thereafter and were sad to see me retire. You eat whom you dine with.

The problem is that person thinks he above him because he is in a service.

We sell technical coatings. Specialized paints for extreme environments. We fired a customer for threatening one of our staff. 2 years later he lost out on a huge contract because we were the specked supplier, and we made sure that no store in 200 miles would sell to him. All actions have consequences.

I very recently had to sell a customer a new unit for a machine he was using for 20+ years. He demanded an offer within half an hour after me diagnosing the issue on the old unit, told me multiple times how important the machine was and every day not producing would cost him a lot of money and the unit I provided wasn´t to his standards. I told him, that if he couldn´t be bothered to modernize after 20 years asking me for a quick solution that would 100% solve his issues and have it delivered the next day was only working in one spot: his dreams. I´m so done with caring about customers that refuse to work with logic, so if they don´t like logic, I don´t like politeness.

Fire customers. If they return years later, remind them that you fired them.

A Bugatti oil change typically costs between $20, 000 and $25, 000. The price can vary depending on the model and any other services required.

It's important to give customers what they want but essential to give customers what they deserve.

“Tret” as past tense of treat is crazy

I used to be a personal trainer and owned a fitness center.
I fired clients all the time.
Whether they were disrespectful, constantly late, always cancelling short notice, no call no show, or not keeping up with their diet and training standards. I used to tell them…”this is a partnership not a case of superior and subordinate”. I would also refund them their money, in part or whole, because they were not going to hold money over my head.
What I learned as an entrepreneur is some people patronize you because they wanna abuse you and I wasn’t one to have my time wasted or to be abused.
Being an entrepreneur is already a masochistic endeavor.

If a customer doesn't buy, he's not a customer.

In reality dealers like this are the most hustling time-wasting fools in the marketplace. The kind that make you buy 3 cars you don't want so you can buy the car you want.

I’ve blacklisted Tom Hartley as a dealer 😂

Why I think it's fake: He said he agreed a price he couldn't do, then the client came and he didn't let him have the car for the agreed price. The client would sue for breach of contract

"how you treated me" 💀 youll take the money and give the car thats the end of the interaction.

He practically hasn’t ‘bought’ anything yet.
