LAZY VEGAN RECIPES (PIZZA IN A MUG)

I hope you guys enjoy these lazy vegan recipes. These two are ones I've been making a lot lately as they take hardly any effort but taste amazing and are perfectly satisfying. PIZZA IN A MUG:
4 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp of baking powder (this is half of 1/4 tsp)
1/16 tsp of baking soda (this is 1/4 of 1/4 tsp)
3 tbsp non dairy milk
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato sauce
pinch each of spices like dried basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, etc
vegan cheese
other toppings

Vegan pizza was the best!! If no tomato sauce get tomato paste and add a little bit of water until it’s a saucy consistency and add a little bit of salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Then I didn’t have parsley so I used fresh cilantro and finely cut it and put it on top of the sauce then I added the cheese and baked it in the microwave and it was amazing!!

Idk if I'm the only one, but I'm interested in seeing some video recipes for vegan meals when you ACTUALLY have time to cook. I love cooking so I don't mind spending 30+ minutes on one meal.

I just made this Pizza in a mug (well more like Pizza in a bowl 😜) I topped mine with mushrooms, spinach and nutritional yeast instead and it was delicious! definitely going to make these again! thanks for the recipe ❤

It turned out super delicious! Thank you!! I didn't have all purpose flour, so I used bread flour, and it worked well. I used Ragu's sauce and it tastes the best! So excited to have pizza as a quick meal from now on! ❤❤❤
