I feel like I'm the only person who genuinely liked Neville the most out of all characters. He's a cool guy, and his voicelines while he's your wingman are always so fun and encouraging.
I just enjoy characters like him: not over the top edgy or serious, just a fun guy you wish you could talk to in real life.
