I enjoyed this video very much! I am allergic to all poultry and most fish. Only tuna and smoked oysters/mussels do I get away with usually. McDonald's fish fillet sandwich as well. It's fun to watch videos on recipes like this so then I share them with family and friends who are able to eat these foods. I cannot even cook the foods because I get sick from it.

This is what they call “schmaltz” in Eastern European Jewish cookery. They use it in place of butter in many dishes.

good job I also don't west my chicken oil am doing the same as well I store it in my refrigerator and I used them in all I do and it goes well in my chin chin puff puff burns fried rice jollof rich I use it in place of butter . but I have not try it on cake am thinking of to do that as well . thanks for this video I though I was the only one now I know my doings are right

I don't use chicken oil . I sometimes use your first method to remove it from my stock or just mop it out with kitchen papers while still liquid on top of the stock and disposed. Personal preference just like you said in your video. Thanks for the video.

I am an animal fat kinda gal. whether na beef tallow, or Chicken fat oo...its very very tasty and I use and love them.

You can invest in a fat separator which is quite economical in cost and separates the oil easily.
