Wow, there is no way you put that much work into it and then question whether or not you will wear it in public. The dress is awesome and the fit is impeccable.

Funny you flashed some Liederhosen, because even before that, this dress is giving me some major dirndl vibe (which I love!). Make a little white blouse to go underneath, and an apron, and you're set for Oktoberfest!

I think we might be the same person 🤣 it's giving very "why do easy when can do VERY COMPLICATE" vibes and I loved every second of it! Using this video to inspire me to cut into fabric with little plan and no pattern 😅

Please wear the dress to a DANCE. I’m thinking contra dance or square dance, both of which have lots of twirling and spinning. :)

So cute!!!

Dunno about everybody else but this is arguably as complex as making a pleated skirt given how much bulk you'd have to avoid messing up at the top, and how much of a pain it is to hem curves, much less hemming them to be the exact same length all the way around.

It looks SO fabulous on you! You really must wear it out in public -- often. It is THAT good. I'm jealous. If I wasn't in my 60s I'd want one myself. Love it!

This dress is *so* pretty! You should totally wear it irl, it's so dang cute! I don't wear dresses much, but I want to do this dress with about half of the circles and make it calf length, lol.

It’s adorable. Making the bodice from the combined fabrics was a great decision.

Absolutely gorgeous. I love it. Some party, maybe fancy dress - who could you be dressed up as? It would be a hit.

It would be honestly crazy to try it with a very light fabric like tulle on a full length 🥰.... So have to try it now!

It is very cute. It is flattering. I love the way your brain works to come up with such lovely designs. You do know, though, that fat quarters shrink? It is a tedious pain to preshrink fat quarters and square up the edges. Without that the dress will be at least a half size smaller once you wash it. Unless you wash in cold and line dry. But it is cotton so it will be wrinkled if it is line dried. Then it will need to be ironed. That is heat and steam so it still might shrink. Unless your fabric is 100% polyester, then it may not shrink.
