Doesn't matter where you draw it from as the box is just being treated as a particle. It has no size so in a sense, the top is the bottom... The direction is important though (it needs to be perpendicular to the plane)

nice, but reaction force is the support force of the surface subject is on, there fore the arrow goes from the bottom of the box, where it contacts with a surface, with simply causes reaction force, but not from the top of the box:D
