For my very 1st concert, I went to the Super Bowl of Rock...Keith Moon & the Who, with their soon to be outlawed, laser show. There was no going back after that that full frontal, Union Jack Attack!!!! No rock band could touch them live, especially when considering the uniquely, dynamic personalities that comprised the group. Then there's that staggering catalogue of highly diverse sub-genres; early proto-punk, rock opera, pre-heavy metal, stadium rock anthems, pop rock hits, auto-destructive rock, mod rock, etc.. But the biggest factor in a live setting was their cutting edge, stage show, featuring the most ecentric mix of rock mavericks ever assembled; Mad Man Moon, Thunderfingers himself, John Entwistle, one of the genres, greatest front men & singers, Roger Daltry & the creative genius and guitar windmill, Pete Townshend.

Little Steven had a segment where he talked about Keith. He told of Alice Cooper recounting the shooting of "Sextette."(now there's a movie I wish was easier to find on DVD. Ringo was in it, as was Keith, Alice Cooper, and more).

Supposedly, Mae West was trying to get all the male actors in the film to go back to her dressing room with her. Keep in mind that Mae West was at least 90 at this point, and she definitely was NOT a Mamie Van Doren, Sophia Loren, or one of the well preserved aging actresses you may have seen online. She looked like a drag queen playing Mae West in a Rob Zombie movie.

Anyway, Alice, and presumably the rest of the cast was aghast at the prospect. But he added, "I think Keith went at least a few times."
