You know what? I remember when you & Moses freshly got the house and you were so excited about the kitchen and you said that you were gonna cook so much. To be really honest, I wasn't convinced, but look where we are now! I think it's so cool that you stuck to it! Soon you'll be a mama who knows how to whip up some good home cooked meals.

If you do not have butter milk put a tsp of vinegar or lemon juice in a cup of milk and it will thicken and you can use that. Works fine.

Since you have a gas stove you should really use a larger pot to fry in. If any of the oil would spill you would have a grease fire that is really hard to put out (water will make it bigger) love the video though :)

Everyone can bake! Just follow the recipe exactly and use measuring spoons. Take your time and start with cookies, brownies and simple cakes. you'll be a pro by christmas!
