I love how every restaurant has some “famous secret sauce” and it’s all just a slightly different fry sauce

Missing two ingredients - black pepper and lemon juice. I always see people skip out on the lemon juice when making this. The real sauce has a VERY slight acidity to it, so if you want it to be exactly the same, then add lemon juice. I think pickle juice could also be used instead but I've found the first option to be much better.

I work at canes and you are mostly correct. The only thing left that you need is a little pepper. But other than that you are correct on the recipe. And I hope you know the recipe has been out for years 😂.

You can see a lil pepper in the canes sauce. Add pepper 😂

1 tbs Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of pepper

I recommend adding black pepper as well. Not only does it add the black specs in the real can sauce it also tastes better!

For those who want a real answer if it does taste like canes, it doesn't. I wish people would be more honest and realistic instead of BSing the audience
