Wow! watching this video made my day. I got Nitro Pepsi at Walmart a few days ago by getting the blue can. I didn't even open it yet but, I'm so glad that I watched this video because I was trying to figure it out how can I make my blue can of Nitro Pepsi solid without being watery or flat. that's the way I like my can of soda poured in to a glass cup smooth, creamy and rich. Best method by far is chilled glass and chilled for about an hour until it’s almost freezing. It will make a big mess when it opens but it will freeze and bubble in the glass and tastes like an icee

I don't drink sodas but if I want just a quick desert to end the day this is the way to do it. Its creamy, less intense carbonation, and the foam head reminds me of a soda with cream you'd get at a restaurant but in a can thats like 2 bucks. I'm glad pepsi decided to make a more specialty beverage even if its not for everybody. Thank you for making such a quick and easy tutorial on how to pour it right.

I have had no problem doing it as instructed don’t know what the problem is. I don’t usually drink Pepsi but this is amazing, vanilla is my favorite.

I also think some people don't like it because they're expecting a bite-y soda drink. (Hence the 'flat pepsi' comparison) and people think the smoothness of the drink is a bug, rather than the intention. Personally, I like it. I see what Pepsico was trying to do and I think it does what it set out to do pretty well.

I tried it. It got out of hand real quick. The soda started to spew more and more so I decided to just crack it open and poor and it exploded everywhere. Gonna have to practice this one lmao

You know, I didn't realize this required a specific pour. Let it cool in my fridge, then cracked it open. Big mistake lol. Had a mess to clean up. I am now educated and will try your method. Thanks for the info 👍.

I just poured mine like a beer. Although I didn’t near get as much head as yours, It still felt like drinking a Guinness. Whenever i sloshed it around in the glass it left behind foamy “beer-like” lacing. It was certainly much better than the can’s instructions.

I just tried this method. The first time I did it your way, 90 degree can over my glass. A lot of it went all over my kitchen and down the sink- I think I opened it too much. But what went in the glass tasted great and was very creamy. The second time, I had it at a steeper angle to save my kitchen- and it just tasted flat despite there being foam. Weird. I don't know if I'll buy this stuff again just because it's a such a hassle to enjoy it properly.

just tried this and sprayed the entirety of my kitchen counter 😅😅.. when you said "it might be a little messy" you were not kidding (i definitely messed something up, but my suprise was at least kinda hilarious)

I tried the regular and vanilla versions straight from the can and was wondering how I could get more foam out of the can-- this is definitely the way! Around 2-3x the foam as the hardest pour the can will allow for. I actually couldn't fit the whole can into a pint glass it was so frothy so I got to compare the two side by side and it's like night vs day.
