Huawei P30 Lite Review 2023

Here's my hot take on the Huawei P30 Lite from 2019. Still offers some decent specs but are there any reasons why you shouldn't buy one over a new budget device?

I agree the camera isn't great.. but as it is now common practice to watch video on a phone...Its hard to fathom out the difference especially when top of the range phones costing more than ten times the price of this phone..Tip: you can make the photo/ video look better by using the pro mode on the camera.

Guys huawie p30 lite so amazing durable, i drop so many times, an yet still functional.. Even i accidentally drop at the bowl and submerged atleast 5 seconds before i get it, , totally no damage, , since i bought it in first released until now 2023 still good running condition no lag no hang up, a little bet issue is the battery due to severe use and low MAH,

Still a great phone. Almost 2025, still waiting the day that I will need to upgrade to new phone, but p30 lite makes it difficult, because everything works just fine! Amazing. Sixth year? before p30lite other phones were going slow after 2years of use. not this one!

I use a P30lite new edition since November of 2020 and I am still happy with it. The battery lost some of its capacity though.

My wife and my son has both huawei phone (p30 lite and mate 20 lite). I had smsung s10 and now xiaomi mi 10t. What i find astonishing is thr overall performance of both huaweis never changes, and the battery performance are better then my xiaomi phone

i now have ip14 but i still love my p30 lite, slowed down a bit and camera became blurry but still reliable nonetheless, never crashed on me!

Huawei p30 lite is the best phone I have used so far and I'm not joking. I have it for 3, 5 years and it works like brand new except of the old android version. I appreciate and love my phone. :)

Still using it till now. screen crack. lcd is detached from body.. for how many drops.. buttons also lost. both volume and power buttons.

What I like about this phone is display whith rich colour and accuracy, bright, it's size - handy, small, light, thin. You can't find other like this one. From what I've seen this one is the lightest in weight.
I'm using since 2019, but unfortunately dropped on hard rough surface and screen is cracked. I've got Samsung now, but still missing that one hand size in huawei.
Can anyone reading this now and using this model tell me is it fast and responsive? Mine, compare to Samsung, is bit slow now, and I don't know what to think about it. Battery still good after almost 4 years... I'm considering buying new edition with bigger storage. I wonder will that be faster. Anyone had new edition?
