One other thing that wasn't mentioned for clean reinstalls is... if you do a clean uninstall, it must include the VALORANT folder in the %localappdata% folder, at least that's one other thing I was told about this issue.

thia game exploited windows security system and not their security system like gameguard etc., so that is why we need to keep update the windows system too. Now they only support Win10 20H1 above.
