Joe Biden hails July's 'zero' inflation

US president Joe Biden hails figures showing 'zero' inflation for July, saying the news indicated a healthy economy, but adds that 'people are still hurting'.

'I just want to say a number: zero. Today we received news that our economy had 0% inflation in the month of July,' Biden says during a briefing from the White House.
