This is not EV's this is Daihatsu k100 petrol cars and all the other cars has gas tank lids.

Giving them to the poor workers of China as "capital goods" for them to sell instead of rotting is a good thing. They deserve these "good cars" as bonuses I believe. Let them make money from it...maybe uber systems will help keep these cars useful for many years yet.
