China has massive steel recycling capacity. They'll recycle all those cars and build something else with the materials. It's convenient inventory.

Coming soon to the US... cars thrown away like iPods instead of 20-30 years lifespan

EVs have green plates since 2016. Why I see blue plates in this video?

I wonder who paid for these cars, they don't get produced for free so someone is losing a lot with all these cars rotting away outdoors. It's a firehazzard, once one starts burning the whole field will go up in flames.

Why not sell those to ASEAN countries at 50% discount?? At least you would get something than nothing

That’s pretty cool actually. Redwood materials can collect them and recycle the battery material into new vehicles. Very little waste

China sells millions of EV's a year. How many did we see in this video? Were these unwanted cars not fit for sale? Context matters, Bloomberg.

Obvious horsepoop. People dig through the trash for Aluminum cans, but you think theyre leaving ALL the Litium in those car batteries in the trash. Lithium goes for $50, 000/ton

These cars will start to catch on fire when the corrosion reaches the old batteries.

It’s like the early 2000s when Rover Group made too many cars. They were dumped in the field and left to rot.

I have to wonder if all those EVs still have their battery packs inside them. From what I have seen, if one starts on fire, all those cars will be engulfed shortly therafter. Probably would be visible from space in the space station at night! New Global Warming issue to contend with.

Interesting comment - but do you seriously believe that idiotic and unnecessary background music is actually a BENEFIT? Or maybe someone is incapable of doing their own thing and instead follows the crowd!

IT AIN'T NECESSARY! DUMP IT!
