Was thinking of a burger with lettuce, smoked red onions, tomatoes, Chedda cheese, Melted blue cheese, extra thick cut bacon, steak and a sunny side up egg

That one blue my mind guys! The only thing I would do different is I would substitute out the mayo for a good bleu cheese dressing. That would take it up a notch. I do that with my smash burgers all the time. Thanks for the great videos. I appreciate both of you.

That one BLEU my mind! Yup, love me a good Gorgonzola burger. BelGioso Gorgonzola is also my favorite bleu cheese. One of my favorite cooks is smoked chicken Gorgonzola salad, with a little onion and a good bunch of celery…and Duke’s, of course. Maybe give that one a try.

Now you finally did it! Put Bleu cheese on the burger!! That is the BEST way to eat a burger! Bleu cheese belongs on beef. I would add dill pickles too.
