I like to do a working lunch as well when I'm remote. That way, I can run errands, or do housework, or walk during lunch. I really need to get one of those treadmill desks thingies for my treadmill so I can walk while I work too.

I ALWAYS have a variety of drinks at my desk!! Water, tea, carbonated water (Bubly), juice, etc. I never know what I'm going to want so I like having it readily available. Lol

So, at my company, we constantly have OT. So, what I do, is I will work 8-4:30p, log off, make dinner for my husband and I and then get everything cleaned up, an log back on, at the latest, 7p till 9p. OT isn’t mandatory, but, it feels mandatory. Like, if you don’t do it, it will make you look bad. Which is a mindset, but still. Team work late over here!
