Yea! I am mowing the wild in my backyard and ran over a wheel. Oh that is the wheel on my mower. So happy to find out I just need to bolt it back on and can get back to work. I love this mower. It is easy to start, easy to clean, easy to fix, and so simple but yet does the tough jobs.... like this wild back yard in the country that got away from us. Thanks for you video which showed me exactly what I needed to know to get mowing again without a trip to the city!!

I have this same mower, my problem is the front right drive wheel keeps falling off doesn't matter hard tight I tighten it, feels like I will break the bolt if any more torque is applied, has anyone come up with a sure fix.

I have a Toro gts fwd 22, the front left wheel does not roll freely when shut off. When I start the motor and engage the transmission it appears to be fine. Could you suggest a trouble shoot for this? Is it the wheel or transmission? thank you for your assistance in advance!

I have a Troy Built 6.75 hp mower with the left front  (looking from the front) Spline wheel locked up. How does that wheel turn with spline on the wheel shaft that will not turn/Can  anyone help me out here?
The splined part looks to be pressed on the shaft.

I am unable to take out the Pinion from Toro Front wheel Drive to Put on a Complete Wheel Assembly including the Back cover which goes behind Gear pinion....

Toro does make really cheap plastic wheels . Don't use them on uphill grade driveways to blow off grass and dirt 'cause they will be smooth in a very short time.

What if the bolt is stripped and you cant get wheele off?

The design of these front wheel drive toro mowers sucks ass !f you have even a small amount of debri or rust the gears will not allow you to reverse the wheel direction, ie pull the mower backward. NEVER try to clean these mowers with a water hose. That will create enough rust to seize those front wheel gears/spring and pin. Then you will have to disassemble the gear assemblies and clean them. It's either that or push down on the handle to raise the front wheels when backing up.
