As a police officer I use my Arc all the time for things I never used my Wave for. I love my arc and can’t imagine having a different multi tool on my vest!

Was skeptical on the price. Splurged on it and could not be happier. Has every tool I use regularly and feels way better in hand than prior models. I have owned 7 Leathermans, and this one is an upgrade!

All these people want a one handed opening full size multi tool with super steel for less than $100… that’s insanity. It’s impossible to find magnacut anything for budget prices (because it’s not a budget steel lmao).

On top of that, I got mine for $170 on black friday.

But once cry once. You get super steel, life time support, and a great platform for LESS THAN MANY POCKET KNIVES.

I had my doubts. .my in law got one for Christmas....HOLY CRAP...I started "playing" around with it....then I find out the file is a diamond one ..magnacut blade...it handles smooth like a Spyderco. I was hooked..I want it, because it's superior to all my multi tool gadgets

I carry the surge every day and use it one handed pretty often the free system seems more like a fidget function than being purpose driven. Ofcourse the only time ive played with one was at bass pro before i got my surge so maby it is handy?

$230 sounds reasonable for a one handed multitool with magnacut. I will likely upgrade from my Wave and get this.

Thats wild. I dont get the leatherman or multi tool hype. I have never liked them. I thought about getting a little one like a gerber dime or whatever leathermans is called but havnt yet

Nope. My P2, P4, ST300, Wave, and Skeletool, got me covered and they cut heavy wire just fine with and without carbide replaceable’s. I can take or leave the bit holder, and the knife blades cut what I need to cut, just fine. The arc would be good for collectors, but what I have already gives me the features I need, and more.

The wave is $100. Always had a big driver and no way is magnacut that expensive.
